Operating method

The drying drum is fed with the moist aggregate by means of a suitable feed device. Transporting blades on the feed side of the drum take up the product and carry it to the drum fittings. The type of drum fittings is determined by the desired product characteristics. The product is dried in direct flow with the wet product coming into contact with the hot drying gas. The duration of the drying process depends on the drum speed, the drum inclination, the flow rate of the drying gas and the damming device at the end of the drum.
