Dry Dust Filters

Assembling filter bags. Filter bags are
cleaned by normal air
(atmosphere) pressure and can be
easily changed.
Amomatic filters meet all emission requirements. Correct manufacturing materials, high quality surface treatment and excellent thermal insulation guarantee long service life. Middle and upper parts of the filter are fabricated from Corten steel and heat resistant paint is used on all steel surfaces in contact with hot exhaust gases. The speed of the exhaust fan is controlled by an inverter. This guarantees low electricity consumption, low noise level, maximum lifetime of the fan and optimum operation of the drying drum.

Construction

The 3-piece aluminium framed Nomex filter bags are cleaned by the Amomatic Soft-Clean method. The cleanliness of the filter bags is controlled by measuring the pressure difference over the bags. Cleaning action is started automatically and only when necessary. As there is no unnecessary cleaning of the bags, bag wear is downed to minimum. Filter bags can easily be replaced through hinged service doors on the filter roof. Collected dust from the filter bottom hopper is discharged to a screw conveyor and transported by pneumatic conveyor or by screw conveyor to the dust silo.
