Mobility

The Amomatic asphalt plant is of modular construction which ensures fast and easy set-up and relocation of the plant.

• all main modules have one or more lifting brackets, located according to the centre of gravity, so that the module can be safely and easily lifted and handled in different positions during the erection, loading and transportation phases
• the support legs are mainly of hinged construction; so separate handling of legs is unnecessary
• most of the service platforms and handrails can be folded away by their hinges for transportation
• the support frame of the filler silos consists of two modules transportable one inside the other
• during the erection the mixer module, the hot aggregate bins and the screen module are automatically placed in their respective positions by means of conical guide pins
• the exhaust duct is fastened by means of a quick locking system
• various incorporated supports enable easy handling and transportation. For example transportation of a vertical tank in a horizontal position
• concrete foundations are not needed by adequate earth bearing capacity; steel plates or portable concrete plates under the support legs are sufficient
• standard type Amomatic plants do not require welding during the set-up
• electrical connections are by means of plugs and sockets
• the number of loose components has been minimized.
