Modular Construction

Amomatic is a batch type asphalt plant representing the highest quality and the most advanced technology available.

The modular construction of Amomatic gives it all the advantages of a stationary plant, while at the same time it is possible to set up or relocate the plant in a very short time, in just a few days. The Amomatic
plant is transported using trucks and trailers. If required, the plant modules can also be equipped with suspension and wheels.

All main modules of Amomatic have one or more lifting brackets. The support legs, service platforms and handrails are mainly of hinged construction so that there is no need to handle loose parts. With a standard type of Amomatic plant, no welding is needed during the set-up and in mobile models electrical connections are by means of plugs and sockets. Concrete foundations are usually not needed, steel plates under the support legs are sufficient. It is also easy to connect additional equipment, for example fibre dosing or asphalt mix recycling equipment.

Amomatic plants, constructed for demanding Scandinavian conditions, have proven excellent reliability and preventive maintenance can be scheduled to annual shut-down.
